• Matching homeowners with qualified local roofing contractors at no cost to the homeowner
• Scheduling and confirming appointments between homeowners and contractors
• Providing roofing contractors with exclusive, pre-qualified leads and booked appointments

MyRoofGuy acts solely as an intermediary. We are not a roofing contractor and do not perform any roofing work.

3. Homeowner Terms

By submitting a service request as a homeowner, you agree to the following:

• You are the property owner or have authority to authorize roofing work on the property
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You understand that MyRoofGuy's matching service is provided free of charge with no obligation to hire any contractor
• You consent to being contacted by MyRoofGuy and our matched contractor(s) via phone, email, or text message regarding your roofing request
• MyRoofGuy does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any roofing work performed by matched contractors

4. Contractor Terms

By applying to join the MyRoofGuy contractor network, you agree to the following:

• You hold all required state and local licenses to perform roofing work in your service area
• You maintain adequate general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage
• You will honor all appointments booked on your behalf by MyRoofGuy in a timely and professional manner
• You will not contact or solicit homeowners matched through MyRoofGuy for purposes outside the scope of the matched service request
• Payment terms, appointment fees, and cancellation policies are governed by your individual contractor agreement with MyRoofGuy

5. No Warranty on Third-Party Work

MyRoofGuy does not warrant, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the work performed by any contractor in our network. All roofing services are provided directly by independent contractors. Any disputes regarding workmanship, pricing, or project outcomes must be resolved directly between the homeowner and the contractor.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyRoofGuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any contractor's work, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MyRoofGuy in the six months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyRoofGuy, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MyRoofGuy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy
